Holistic life coaching is a transformational branch of life coaching. Unlike transactional coaching, Holistic coaching isn’t about achieving success in a given timeline. Holistic life coaching is meant to help you explore the messages you have picked up since childhood – keeping the one that have served you and releasing the ones that are holding you back. Holistic life coaching isn’t about changing one aspect of your life, but about creating the type of change that helps you see your life from a whole new, wondrous perspective. Our Program combines the best life coaching tools with our most powerful, proven energy & belief change protocols. Our Specialty: Women who are trying to make big life shift(s) – this is where we do our best work. Layer by layer, we remove the mindsets and obstacles that keep you from taking that big leap. We are your support system when you are trying to move across the globe, leave stale relationships, become a mom, start your own business or re-enter the job market. We will show you the power you hold within you and how as an energetic being you able to create what you desire. ​What's included? One Month Package: This package is for you if you are preparing for a new challenge, getting ready for a new business venture, or gearing up for a life transition that may take place in the next few weeks. 4 x 60 - 90 minute one-on-one sessions (Online) Therapeutic healing session ($250 value) Email and chat support between coaching sessions. Cancellation Policy

Triquetra Sessions Rates: Are based on a per session rate, NOT an hourly rate as each session is different for each client. Usual sessions last 75-90 minutes. Savings are offered when you pre-book & pre-pay session packages. In order to receive the savings, sessions must be pre-paid, and are to be made in full prior to service commencement to ensure appointment. There is NO refund on payment made. You will have one year from initial payment date to utilize this service. Payments can be in cash, online or by e-Transfer to triquetrawellnes@gmail.com CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments will not be fully booked until payment in full has been received. You will receive an email to confirm your time as well as an email reminder the day before your appointment. When you book an appointment with Triquetra Therapeutic Services, you are investing in the time as well as the services provided. I value and respect your time and mine and due to the length of our appointments, a minimum of 48 hours is required to cancel or change your appointment. Failure to do so will result in 100% charge of services. There is no refund on payment made. You will have 1 year from initial payment date to utilize this service. An exemption may be made if an appointment is missed due to an emergency. Please call the office so we can discuss. All payments are final
