ABOUT TRIQUETRA

A Space Where Healing Is Allowed to Unfold Naturally

Triquetra Therapeutic Services was created from a simple truth:
healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported — not rushed or fixed.

I work with individuals who are ready for meaningful change, but who may feel hesitant, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin.

My role is not to tell you who to be —
it’s to walk beside you as you reconnect with what already lives within.

MY APPROACH

My work blends evidence-informed and intuitive modalities, including:

  • Clinical Hypnotherapy

  • Equine-Facilitated Wellness

  • Holistic Life & Spiritual Coaching

This integrative approach allows healing to occur on emotional, physical, and subconscious levels — at a pace that respects your nervous system.

There is no pressure to perform, explain, or relive experiences before you’re ready.

LAURIE NIEDERMAYER, CHt, MHt, PRO-EFW, RP

Healing in Nature. Reconnecting to Yourself.

Healing isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about remembering who you are.

Laurie supports individuals navigating grief, trauma, burnout, menopause, and major life transitions who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next. Her work is grounded, compassionate, and deeply restorative — designed for those who are ready to slow down, reconnect, and create meaningful change from the inside out.

Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, Laurie helps clients understand what their body, nervous system, and inner world are communicating. Through a blend of hypnotherapy, equine-facilitated wellness, energy work, and nature-based practices, clients are gently guided back to clarity, self-trust, and emotional resilience.

Experience You Can Trust

  • With over 15 years of professional experience, Laurie is a:

  • Master Life Coach & Spiritual Life Coach

Laurie supports individuals navigating grief, trauma, burnout, menopause, and major life transitions who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next. Her work is grounded, compassionate, and deeply restorative — designed for those who are ready to slow down, reconnect, and create meaningful change from the inside out.

Laurie’s approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and grounded in real life. With a calm, intuitive presence, she creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered—without pressure to “fix” anything.

Why Healing in Nature Works:

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens in relationship. With ourselves, with others, and with the environment around us.

Laurie’s practice is based on a 160-acre horse farm in Prince George, BC, where the land and animals play an active role in the healing process. Nature offers something traditional indoor settings often cannot: space to breathe, regulate, and listen inward.

WHY HORSES & NATURE

Horses offer presence without judgment.

They respond to authenticity, regulation, and emotional truth — making them powerful partners in healing. Nature provides grounding, perspective, and space to breathe.

Together, they create an environment where insight and transformation arise organically.
