Equine Facilitated Wellness
Our EFW program combines the horses ability to meet you where you are and provide clear communication & non judgemental feedback in a uniquely experiential process.
Organizations can benefit from our group workshops. We offer these programs in private individual sessions, or group sessions as one day, half day, multi-week workshops. We can customize for your group or organization.

Our 6 week packages have been developed specifically for teens, and adults.
it's not an office-based intervention. EFW is engaging, interesting and, in the words of one of our past clients, "It doesn't feel like therapy!" It also does not require participants to be verbal about their thoughts and feelings; instead, it allows them the opportunity to try out new behaviors and get feedback from an unbiased source: the horse.
